UK & International Delivery
At Blue Ribbons we do our best to ensure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible. If we receive your order before mid-day we aim to send it out the very same day, but please note that during busy periods this may take a little longer.
Delivery to England, Wales & Scotland
For parcels weighing up to 30kg we use Royal Mail First Class or Courier next day delivery (excluding some remote areas of Wales and Scotland where the service is two days and may cost more).
- UK Royal Mail – please select this option if you are only ordering lighter products. Any orders over 2kg will be sent by Courier unless otherwise requested by telephone or email. This service is unavailable in some remote areas of Wales and Scotland. The price for this service will be shown at checkout.
- UK Courier (£7.95) – you should select this delivery option if you are ordering products that you need ASAP, heavier products or products of value. These deliveries require a signature on delivery. Please email us if you have any special requirements or instructions for delivering your parcel.
We offer free delivery on orders over £100.
Delivery to Northern Ireland & Off-Shore Islands
Please select the Royal Mail option at checkout if you are organising delivery in Northern Ireland or Off-Shore Islands.
Should you require an urgent delivery please give us a call and we will try to arrange this for you.
Blue Ribbons offers international delivery for Europe and the Rest of the World. If your order is received by Midday we aim to send it out on the same day. For small packages where the parcel length, width and height are less than 900mm and under 2kg these will be sent by Airmail. Parcels over these dimensions are delivered by our approved Couriers, with full order tracking. Large or heavy items may cost more than the price shown; we will contact you directly if this is the case.

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, Blue Ribbons will replace the item(s) free of charge. Please note that we may require photographic evidence as proof of damage in order to process a claim against our Courier.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase with Blue Ribbons, please contact us and return your goods to us within 14 days of purchase. We will then issue a refund. Please note that goods must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging. Please see below a list of items that we will not accept returns for:
1. Broken security tags – We will not accept returned items where the security tags, seals or labels have been removed.
2. Edible items – All edible items cannot be returned to us.
3. Handmade icing flowers – Due to the extremely fragile nature of icing flowers we cannot accept returns on these products.
